  OceanaBodywork and Advanced OceanaBodywork:

Sessions are customized to meet client's therapeutic need for:

  • Attention and connection

  • Connective/deep tissue for muscle realignment
  • Trigger Point for chronic and acute conditions
  • Swedish, Esalen and Reflexology for general health

  • Hydrotherapies
    • Salt Glows
    • Musical Acupuncture
    • Heat Wraps
    • Hot and Cold Stones
    • Spa Masks
  • Laying on of Hands

How long of a massage do I need?

When people ask me how long of a massage they need, I say it is like this:

  • 60-Minutes is a one-week vacation
  • 90-Minutes is a two-week vacation
  • 120-Minutes is a four-week vacation
  • 150-Minutes is a deluxe four-week vacation

Options:

  • Spa Treatments include hydrotherapies and usually take 2-hours.
  • Rehab Sessions depend on what hurts and for how long.  Sometimes a kink let's go in 15-minutes, sometimes in four or more treatments.  If you're coming in for rehab, book your initial appointment for 60-minutes.  This allows me to evaluate your challenge, to treat it, and discuss future appointments here or elsewhere.  Sometimes I recommend going to a chiropractor, physical therapist and/or a physician for faster results.  If you want a regular full-body massage and rehab, I recommend 90-minutes.
  • Two-hour sessions can be utilized for an hour on the front and an hour on the back and/or a combination of modalities.
  • 2-1/2 hour sessions include a massage and something that you are learning like Advanced OceanaBodywork or Rejuvenate.  Sometimes clients don't want to learn anything!  They just want to be pampered. We have options like face and body masks and hydro-therapies.
  • Advanced OceanaBodywork can take 60 to 150 minutes depending on what the focus is for the session.
